The Robert H. Smith School of Business continues to prioritize the success and empowerment of students of Black and Latino descent. This empowerment starts on the day these students walk on campus.

Learn from the experts! All are invited to the Smith Teach Inclusive Instruction Speaker Series. Our speakers explore how racism, anti-racism, and inclusion influence teaching and learning. Sessions are held from 10 to 11 a.m. on August 2 through 6.

Come learn about our Asians at Bain (AAB) affinity group. We will give a brief introduction to Bain’s overall DEI strategy and also share our AAB goals and more about our community.
